The Old Town Saranac is a canoe designed for recreational use on flat water, calm rivers, estuaries, lakes, canals and lochs. It is stable making it perfect for family canoeing trips. Canoe features two comfortable seats along with backrests, center bench seat and stern carry handles to make carrying easier. The 146 XT has 340kg of capacity which should be more than enough room for mom, dad, and the kids. The thermoplastic hull is durable and provides high abrasion and impact resistance and a quiet time on the water.
