Port Vila offers some of the world’s best game fishing right on it’s door step. At only a few miles from the harbour you can encounter a large number of game fish including Pacific Blue Marlin, Black Marlin, Striped Marlin, Spearfish, Sailfish, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Dogtooth Tuna and Yellowfin Tuna. We cater for all styles of fishing, such as bait and switch, deep sea jigging, popper fishing and saltwater fly fishing. Whether you prefer stand-up heavy tackle fishing or fighting from our game chairs, we are more than happy to accommodate your requests. ✔ The Boat: Nevagivup Nevagivup is a 34ft Blackwatch and was built to 2C Survey in Northern New South Wales, Australia. She is fitted with twin 330HP Cummins diesel shaft drive engines which are perfect for cruising out to the fishing grounds She is also fitted with a Black Marlin Tuna Tower to help the skipper spot the fish. Nevagivup is fitted with the very latest Furuno sounder and GPS, VHF radio and a Fusion Ipod stereo system. Nevagivup is equipped with a range of Shimano Tiagra reels and Ian Miller game rods and a selection of proven fishing lures such as Pakula Lures, Black Bart and Mold Craft. On her fishing deck you will find rod holders, outriggers, tuna tubes and a 130 Lb game chair to help you fight the big one. Nevagivup is Skippered by the legendary Charles Wheeler who has been game fishing out of Vanuatu for the last 10 years.
