Boat Charter Rental Agreement This agreement is between the renter (hereinafter referred to as "Renter") and this boat charter company (hereinafter referred to as "Company") for the rental of a boat. By signing this agreement, Renter agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking and Cancellation Policy: - Renter must provide a deposit of [amount] at the time of booking to secure the reservation. - In the event of a weather-related cancellation, Company reserves the right to reschedule the booking or issue a refund. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. 2. Late or No-Show Bookings: - Renter must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. - If Renter is more than 20 minutes late without prior notification, the booking may be subject to cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. 3. Safety Considerations: - Renter must follow all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew. - Renter must wear a life jacket at all times while on board. - Renter must not engage in any reckless behavior that may endanger themselves or others. 4. Boat Rules: - Renter must not bring any illegal substances on board. - Renter must not bring any pets on board without prior approval from Company. - Renter must not exceed the maximum capacity of the boat. 5. Other Concerns: - Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates the terms of this agreement.
