Boat Charter Rental Agreement This agreement is between the renter (hereinafter referred to as "Renter") and this boat charter company (hereinafter referred to as "Company") for the rental of a boat. By signing this agreement, Renter agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. Other Concerns: - Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates the terms of this agreement.
