BWIA Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellation by Customer: - Up to 7 Days Before Tour Date: Customers can cancel their reservation up to 7 days before the scheduled tour date for a full refund.    - 3 to 6 Days Before Tour Date: Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a 50% refund.    - Less Than 3 Days Before Tour Date: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled tour date are non-refundable. 2. Rescheduling:    - Customers may reschedule their tour up to 3 days before the scheduled tour date without any additional fees, subject to availability.    - Rescheduling requests made less than 3 days before the scheduled tour date will incur a rescheduling fee of 20% of the tour price. 3. No-Show Policy:    - No refunds will be issued for no-shows on the day of the tour. 4. Cancellation by Company:    - The company reserves the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather, safety concerns, or any other unforeseen circumstances.  - In the event of a company-initiated cancellation, customers will be offered the option to reschedule the tour or receive a full refund. 5. Late Arrivals:    - Tours depart promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may miss the tour and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. 6. Special Circumstances:    - In cases of emergencies or extraordinary situations, the company may, at its discretion, provide a refund or allow rescheduling outside the standard policy terms. Individuals with Medical Conditions   - Those with heart conditions, respiratory issues, or severe allergies.   - Individuals with recent surgeries or injuries, especially involving the back, neck, or limbs.   - Those with epilepsy, diabetes, or other conditions that could be exacerbated by physical exertion or water exposure. 2. Pregnant Women:   - For the safety of both the mother and the unborn child, pregnant women are advised not to participate in water sports. 3. Non-Swimmers:   - Individuals who are not confident swimmers or are unable to swim are advised against participating in water sports that require swimming skills. 4. Under the Influence:   - Anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substances that could impair judgment or physical ability. 5. Severe Motion Sickness:   - Those who suffer from severe motion sickness or vertigo, which could be aggravated by water activities. Additional Considerations: - Personal Flotation Devices (PFDs):** All participants must wear a life jacket or personal flotation device as required for specific activities. - Pre-Activity Briefing: Participants must attend the pre-activity safety briefing and adhere to all instructions provided by the instructors. - Medical Clearance: Individuals with any doubts about their suitability for water sports should consult a physician and may be required to provide medical clearance. By participating in our water sports activities, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this policy. Your safety is our priority, and we reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone we deem unsuitable for the activity.
