A Coast Guard Certificate of Inspection is required for any vessel that is carrying more than 12 passengers for hire on U.S. navigable waters, so you can feel confident that you are hiring a reputable charter with proper safety inspections, licenses, and insurances. Our charter boats combine the latest in comfort and stability, with fully equipped safety gear meeting all federal regulations. Allow me to introduce myself Captain Joss Martinez, Born amid the vibrant streets of Paris, France, I grew up under the sun-kissed skies of the southern region (Montpellier). My family lineage steeped in seafaring tradition, my two brothers charted their courses as commercial sea captains, and thus I embarked on my own odyssey as a fisherman. With the Mediterranean as my canvas, my nautical voyage spanned an impressive 28 years, a substantial portion of which I dedicated to serving as a first officer on a fishing boat. Two decades etched in the salt and spray, I honed my skills and developed an innate understanding of the sea's rhythm. As the sun dipped below the horizon, I did my time in the Mediterranean. Seeking a new horizon, I set my sights on the United States, a move that transformed Los Angeles into my home since 2008. Transitioning from the travel industry, I adeptly navigated the intricate waters of licensing with the US Coast Guard. Soon, Marina Del Rey became my realm, where I commanded yachts as a captain with unparalleled finesse. The year 2015 marked another milestone as Captain I unfurled the sails of his entrepreneurial spirit, founding a sea charter business that echoes with my passion for the open waters. However, my legacy transcends even these feats. My heart finds resonance in sharing my vast maritime experience, guiding and mentoring new captains as they embark on their own voyages of discovery. A true sea sage, as a Captain I continues to leave an indelible mark on both the waters I treads and the aspiring seafarers I guide.
