The renter is responsible for the safe operation of the vessel at all times during the rental period. Any and all responsibility, financial or other for damages to persons or property ( up to and including death) will fall on the individual renting the vessel. The renter may not hold the vessel owner Zaneta Kotaskova responsible in any way for damages caused during the rental period. By agreeing to rent the vessel through " get my boat" the renter agrees to the above conditions. Please read below Fuel is included Any delay on pick up or drop off of more than 15 minutes will result in a $50 fee, to be paid out of the $500 deposit amount. Cigarettes/ cigars/ Cigarillos or any form of smoking are strictly prohibited on board any evidence of smoking on board will result in a $300 cleaning fee, to be paid out of the $500 deposit amount. Clean-up fee - A $100 fee will be accessed payable out of the deposit for any excess garbage left on the boat this includes but is not limited to (wrappers, plastics bags, potato chips, food items, and/or cans of any kinds) Please ensure proper care of the boat and clean up anything that might fall on the floor. Sand and salt water are perfectly normal and do not apply to this.
