Boat Rules: - No Glass: Absolutely no glass containers on board. - Drinking Alcohol: Absolutely no one under 21 permitted to drink alcohol. All passengers drinking alcohol with need to bring identification and checked. - Shoes Off: No wearing shoes beyond the point of boarding the boat. - Follow the Captain: Always listen to the captain’s instructions for your safety. - Respect the Boat: Be respectful; this boat is my baby. - No Smoking: No cigarettes allowed. This can burn holes in the seats. - I want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable time. However, if rules are being broken I reserve the right to end the trip early without refund. Weather Cancellation: - 100% Refund: Receive a full refund if the trip is canceled due to bad weather conditions. - At the discretion of owner, if inclement (unsafe at discretion of boat owner) weather prevails, you will have 30 days to rebook and use your rental provided there is no existing booking on the requested reschedule date. - Examples of Inclement Weather: Rain, Thunder, Lightning, winds exceeding 30 knots, hail, weather service alerts/watches/warnings. - Not examples of Inclement Weather: Cloudy, cold, hot, humid, pollen, smoke, sunny, overcast, haze. Late Arrival: - Time Deduction: Late arrivals are acceptable but will cut into your scheduled boat time. You are paying for every minute you are late. It’s best to be on time! No-Show and Last-Minute Cancellation: - Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start time. - 50% refund for cancellations between 3-5 days before the booking start time. - Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start time are non-refundable. Safety Considerations: - Safety Equipment: Life jackets are provided for all passengers. - Captain’s Instructions: Always follow the captain’s instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. - Water Shoes: Water shoes are recommended but not required if you plan on anchoring out and swimming. FAQ: • Is gas included? YES. Fuel is provided and not an additional charge. • Does the boat have a sun shade? YES. The boat has a retractable Bimini top that can be collapsed if you want sun, or extended if you want shade. • Can we bring our own food / drinks / coolers? YES. Food, drinks (including alcohol), ice and coolers are allowed. Alcohol and food is not provided by the boat or captain. Underage drinking will not be allowed. Trash bags are provided. • Can you pickup / drop off at my desired location? YES. Message me for more details. • Do we need to bring life jackets? Required safety equipment including life jackets are on board for adults. Properly fitting and coast guard approved life jackets for children in the group are the responsibility of the booking party. • Do we have to wear life jackets? Children under 10 years of age are required to wear one at all times per Minnesota law. Children 10 and over it is highly recommended at all times, at the discretion of the parent(s)/guardian. • Where do we meet? Depends on the lake or your preferences. Message me for details. • Is there a bathroom on the boat? No. There is not a bathroom / toilet on the boat. We can stop as needed upon request.
