Nitro 700 LX Bass Boat with 75 HP Mercury 2 Stroke

FUEL INFORMATION: The boat will be pre-filled with 20 gallons of pre-mixed 50:1 fuel to oil ratio gasoline. The renter is responsible for returning the boat with 10 Gallons of 50:1 fuel remaining in the tank or will be charged a $75 refueling fee taken out of the security deposit. ( 2 stroke oil is provided by the owner) DAMAGE DISCLOSURE: The boat is expected to return in the same shape as it was prior to rental or the renter is subject to a damage charge of up to $500. CANCELLATION POLICY: the renter will be refunded the full amount if cancelled 5 days or more prior to rental date. The renter will be refunded 75% of the rental rate if canceled 2-4 days before rental. No-Shows or last minute cancellations will not be refunded but will be offered the same rental duration at a later date with no additional charge. BOAT RULES: The renter must be at least 21 years old and present a boaters license or be born prior to 1988. No more than 3 occupants on the boat at a time. No tow sports are allowed. (Skiing, tubing, ect) Renter must sign waiver agreement prior to departure from the landing.
