We also offer catering service with private chef, available as an additional option. Is it possible to rent for less than the minimum time? Although the recommended minimum is 6 hours, it is possible to adjust the duration of the trip according to your needs. However, the cost will be similar to the minimum duration, especially if you wish to visit Isla Mujeres. What happens if I am late? We offer 15 minutes compensation. After that time, any additional minutes are non-refundable. Safety measures on board All our crew members are highly trained for navigation and our boats are equipped with high frequency VHF radio to report any kind of contingency and request support. In addition, by obligation, the boats must carry certified life jackets and first aid kit on board and the staff must be trained to provide care in case of any type of emergency.
