In the case of a late arrival exceeding 30 minutes without prior notice, the charter may be subject to cancellation without refund. - Safety Considerations: The safety of our guests is our top priority. Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in termination of the charter without refund. - Boat Rules and Regulations: Guests are expected to respect the vessel and its surroundings. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly in provided receptacles to maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests. - Alcohol Consumption Policy: While we encourage our guests to unwind and enjoy themselves, excessive alcohol consumption that may endanger the safety and comfort of others is not tolerated.
