By making a reservation with Yachting Lifestyle (YL), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Here’s a brief summary: - Safety: Safety is a priority. Reservations can be made online, with payments accepted via VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMEX. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, and the remaining 50% must be paid before the tour begins. - Conduct: If guests are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, YL reserves the right to deny boarding without a refund. Safety regulations and the captain’s authority must always be respected. - Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. If YL has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or technical issues), full refunds are issued. Schedule changes or late arrivals may result in shortened or canceled trips without refund. - Weather: Trips are subject to weather conditions. In the case of hazardous weather alerts, YL may reschedule or provide a full refund. - Belongings & Itinerary: Guests should bring suitable personal items (e.g., sunscreen, soft-soled shoes) and note that itineraries may change due to tides or other factors. Such changes do not qualify for refunds. - Liability Waiver: Guests are responsible for any damage they cause, which will be invoiced. Disputes must be reported in writing.
