80% refund up to 5 days prior.
Additional Terms & Information
1. Cancellations by the Client: • If the cancellation is made more than 5 days in advance, 100% of the amount will be refunded. • If the cancellation is made between 5 days and 48 hours before departure, 80% of the amount will be refunded. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure will not be refunded. 2. Cancellations Due to Weather Conditions or Force Majeure: • If the captain determines that weather conditions do not allow for safe navigation, 100% of the amount will be refunded, or an alternative date will be offered based on availability. 3. Delays and No-Shows: • A maximum waiting time of 60 minutes will be allowed after the scheduled departure time. If the client does not arrive within this period, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued
