However, for late or no-shows, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds as it could have been an opportunity for other guests to join us. We will make every effort to reschedule you for a different day and accommodate you in a time slot that works best for us. We kindly ask that you follow the safety rules outlined by the captain during the trip, as they are committed to your wellbeing. Please adhere to all rules of the vessel to prevent any damage. If you're unsure about anything, don't hesitate to ask for assistance—our crew is here to help. To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone on board, we strictly prohibit the use of drugs, red wine, and smoking. These substances are not allowed on federal waterways, and red wine can stain the vessel.
