You can experience a close encounter of these gentle giants of the ocean. You can encounter Southern Right Whale, Brydes Whales, Dolphins, Seals, Penguins and lots of Bird Life. You will enjoy an educational and informative trip of the various Marine Life in Walker Bay. You will also enjoy the beautiful views of Hermanus and its Majestic Mountains. Sightings are NEVER guaranteed as these are wild animals living in the wild. We have no control over these beautiful creatures. But, through the history of Whale Watching here in Hermanus the sightings have been superb and most trips are always successful with sightings. Weather Dependant All trips are Weather Dependant and if the Skipper feels it is unsafe to go out Whale Watching he will CANCEL the trip AT A MOMENTS NOTICE. OwnerWe offers Whale Watching trips in Hermanus and Gansbaai. Every year Southern Rigth Whales visit our Coastline between June December every year. Peak season is between September and October.

- All trips are weather permitting; cancellation can occur with little prior notice if necessary. Notification of any cancellations will be made telephonically on the day of the booked trip. Should the trip not take place due to sea conditions or cancellation for any reason by the company, no payment is required At the discretion of the skipper, if the tour is unsatisfactory due to no whale and/or dolphin sightings the guests may be offered a 50% refund or the option of joining another trip based on availability. Arrival time is 30 minutes prior to departure time. Bookings will be released if the guests have not arrived 15 minutes prior to departure, unless we have been notified telephonically.
