ABOUT THE BOAT This 2021 double-decker party boat is designed for fun and comfort, accommodating up to 22 passengers. It features a spacious two-level deck with a thrilling slide for endless entertainment. With up to four double-decker boats available, we can host groups of up to 88 people. WHAT'S INCLUDED Your rental includes a fully licensed captain and fuel, ensuring a stress-free experience. Enjoy a double-decker boat with a slide, a 16-foot floating pad/mat, life vests, and all necessary safety equipment. A floating beer pong table with cups and balls is provided for extra fun. ICE is included, along with two XL Yeti coolers stocked with water bottles. The boat is equipped with a premium aftermarket Bluetooth stereo to keep the music going. Hot food options such as pizza, breakfast tacos, chicken tacos, and BBQ tacos are available upon request after booking. WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED Tips are not included, but are always appreciated. The boat was perfect and our captain, Will took amazing care of us. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. The coolers with ice and waters were also so convenient to make sure we only needed to pack our essentials. Definitely book with them - so happy with our experience!

We had a great time out on the water thanks to Captain Shawn. Everything was easy from meeting on the dock to partying in the cove. We did get rained on during part of our trip but Captain Shawn was very accommodating and helpful and we still enjoyed our time on the water. No complaints with this boat or company!

**Cancelation Policy** - **More than 10 days : Full Refund** : 100% Refund up to 10 days before booking start time. The Full Refunded amount **will** be refunded to the purchasing card. - **10 days or Less : Lose $200 deposit** : 10 days or less from the booking start time will lose the $200 Deposit. The remaining refunded amount **will** be refunded to the purchasing card. - **5 days or Less : Lose 50%: 5 days or less from the booking start time will lose 50% of the total rental price. The remaining refunded amount **will** be refunded to the purchasing card. - **Less than 48 Hours: 0% of the total** bill/cost is refundable less than 48 hrs. before the booking start time, unless for weather (see weather policy below). - **Weather Disclaimer:** THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT! In the instance of unsafe weather, determined by ARB/Driver, customer will receive a refund of everything. - If the rental has started and weather and/or rain moves in and there is a cancelation due to unsafe weather then you will receive a refund for the amount of time not spend on the water/rental. **Damages** Any Damages to the boat caused by you or your guests will result in a charge for damages that can go up to $500 to the card on file. These are ANY damages to the boat through an action of **you or one of your guests** regardless of the captains instructions. If damages occur, $500 will be charged to the card. Any amount of damages less than $500 will be refunded to the card on file once damages have been assessed.
