If you are under 30 and don’t have a boaters license, you MUST get one before the rental If you have any questions, we can answer those through GetMyBoat’s messaging platform before you pay. Boater Education training is recommended for all boat operators and REQUIRED for those born on or after September 1, 1993. If weather prevents completion of trip remaining time will be given as credit towards next rental. If weather at Lake Texoma prevents the rental trip customer will have choice of either a refund or credit on next rental. No shows and late arrivals will not be refunded or credited. Do NOT take boat to marinas or docks, Do NOT tie up to other boats. Do NOT operate in less than 3 feet of water. Renter is financially responsible for all damages to boat while boat is in their possession.
