Must be atleast 21 years of age to reserve a vessel. If you are born after January 1st, 1988, the State of Florida requires you to have a valid boating license. Bc Bouy Supplemental Insurance is available for you to purchase for your peace of mind. We cannot guarantee we will have the right size life jacket for every child with every reservation, plan to bring your own. Children life jackets are available, but not guaranteed. Customer is responsible for any damages and/or excessive cleaning. Rain or a chance of rain does not constitute severe weather. Customers may reschedule due to SEVERE weather within 24 hours of the reservation at the Marina's discretion.
