Luxury Trimaran Rental Terms and Conditions 1. Rental Duration • Minimum Rental Period: 5 hours. • No Maximum Duration: Rentals are available for extended periods upon request. 3. Cancellation Policy • 14-Day Notice: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled departure will receive a 75% refund of the deposit. • 5-Day Notice: Cancellations made within 5 days of the departure date are non-refundable. • Weather Conditions: In case of unsafe weather conditions, we will work to reschedule your trip. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued. 4. Included Amenities • Crew: A captain, skipper, and chef are included in every charter. • Activities: Use of kayaks, snorkeling equipment, paddleboards, and fishing gear are included. • Basic Food and Beverages: Complimentary meals and beverages are included. • Premium Food and Beverage Package: An upgraded package is available for an additional $100 per person per day. 5. Guest Conduct and Capacity • Maximum Capacity: • Overnight Guests: Up to 8 guests. • Day Trips: Up to 12 guests. • Prohibited Activities: • Smoking: Smoking is not allowed on board. • Drugs: The use of any illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. 6. Liability and Insurance • Insurance: Our trimaran is insured for both liability and damage protection. • Waiver of Liability: All guests are required to sign a liability waiver acknowledging the risks associated with marine activities. 7. Required Documentation • ID Requirements: A copy of a valid ID or passport is required for all guests staying overnight. TIPS ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED BY THE CREW. By confirming your booking, you agree to the above terms and conditions. Violation of these terms may result in cancellation of the charter without refund.
