Extra fees to charge: -catering: fix price for setting (300 € for small groups until 20 people/ 500 € for big groups from 20 up to 40 people) + menu price per person (from 35 € up to 75 € + VAT Tax) -music: free option with JBL Bluetooth speakers, starting from 300 € for dj set 2 hours/ 400 € for live music for 2 hours (+50 € per hour for using electric generator onboard) -flower decorations: 300 € + VAT Tax -evening navigation later than 8 pm: + 200 € -departure not from Malcesine (our docking spot) but from another harbour on request on Lake Garda Boat rules: All the people have to stay sit down during maneuvers for going out and back inside the harbour, to allow the captain to have full visibility of the boat and surroundings. Smoking onboard is not allowed It's suggested to stay barefoot onboard or to wear comfortable shoes such as flip flops or sneakers, no heels anyway The captain has the right to decide if stop the tour before the end planned in case of people being drunk or annoying for other guests onboard Pets are welcome onboard Cancellation policy In case of light rain and no strong wind, the tour can be done anyway putting a tent to cover the part outdoor near the table in the stern part or using the indoor spaces underdeck. In case of no safe conditions for sailing (strong wind and heavy rain) the tour will be cancealed for decision of the captain and boarding crew, 40% of the amount will be kept anyway for reservation and date block, with possibility to reuse it in another day
