Please assure to be at the departure location at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. We accept no liability for the consequences of your arrival at the false departure point. We reserve the right to refuse any changes requested to the original details of your charter. Cancellation of private charter made by the customer within less than 2 weeks prior to scheduled departure date and time are non-refundable. In the event of a no-show charters are also non-refundable. In the case of poor weather conditions or force majeure, we reserve the right to cancel the trip. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or where possible an option to reschedule for another date. We do not allow anyone on board who are obviously under the influence of alcohol or any other substance altering their consciousness.
