1. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your booking 5 days or more before the rental date, you will receive a 100% refund. If less, you will receive a 50% refund. 2. Weather Rescheduling: If the weather conditions are unfavorable, we can offer to reschedule your booking for another date. If you are unable to reschedule, we will resolve the issue on an individual basis. 3. Age Restrictions: The renter must be over 18 years old. 4. Document Requirements: A valid ID must be provided when renting. 5. Safety Rules: A safety briefing is provided before the rental. Compliance with these rules is mandatory. 6. Insurance: It is recommended to purchase insurance for the duration of the jet ski rental.
