Flatwater or surf, these boards can be as chilled or as wild as you want. The SUP Boarding Flat Water SUP Skills Award aims to enable participants to: Paddle safely and competently on a SUP on sheltered flat water. Assist in basic flat water rescues. Perform basic flat water rescues. Obtain & Understand relevant weather and tidal information. Rates: - Introduction to Standup Paddle Boarding - 1 day - €80 per person - Flat Water Standup Paddle Boarding - 3 days - 6 Sessions - 12 Hours - €200 per person
