Our authentic vessel photos guarantee no surprises or disappointments upon boarding. *****PLEASE READ***** Our vessels are USCG documented and fully insured for voyage and demise charters, equipped with all necessary USCG safety gear. Must be a USCG Master Merchant Mariner to captain our vessels. For charters with 6 passengers or fewer, the captain is included in your rate. Groups exceeding 6 passengers must follow USCG regulations- you will book and pay the captain separately. THIS IS EASY TO DO. They charge approximately $80 per hour. We enforce a smoke-free and drug-free policy without exceptions. Our cancellation policy is transparent: reschedule more than 14 days in advance with a fee, while cancellations made over 30 days ahead receive a full refund, minus incurred fees. No rescheduling is allowed within 14 days, and cancellations within this timeframe forfeit the charter fee. Once confirmed you will receive your booking confirmation from this booking site, followed by your direct booking email confirmation from us. It will contain detailed information for your charter. You will also receive a second email to book your captain if you have more than 6. We provide very clear information to make your experience a magical memory. We recognize the anticipation and effort involved in planning a day on the water for your celebration. As seasoned professionals, your safety and enjoyment are our utmost priorities. Weather can be unpredictable, but rest assured, we're equipped to adapt. While forecasts may change hourly, we often find that predicted rain doesn't materialize during our cruises. It stands out for its ability to navigate various weather conditions. Our retractable Bimini extends 6 feet to offer shade and cover, and we can swiftly enclose the cockpit if rain approaches. With our new, custom-made 10K enclosure featuring top-quality Eisenglass, you can enjoy unobstructed views. Outdoor heating and A/C ensure comfort in any climate. Our vessel boasts indoor saloon, spacious cockpit, cabins, and a bar area. Rain or shine, the party continues; cancellations occur only if the USCG issues a small marine craft advisory or if safety concerns arise, which is extremely rare. We're flexible and accommodating, and minor adjustments to timing can often make all the difference. Cancellations more than 30 days in advance will receive a refund, less any fees, including credit card and booking fees incurred. We do not cancel charters under 30 days. You may reschedule to another date, within the current season only, if done so more than 14 days in advance. There is a 20% rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is not permitted less than 14 days in advance. Cancellations and rescheduling under 14 days will forfeit the entire charter fee. Any balance due is the responsibility of the charterer and will be charged in full. Holiday bookings and charters over 4 hours have a 50% non-refundable fee for rescheduling. All requests for cancellation and rescheduling must be submitted via email and are not considered received until we respond. We do our best to accommodate our guests whenever possible, please understand we are a small business and once we accept your booking, we pass on all others and we can not regain that. - Amal
