Dear Customer, please read the following information: Based on the instructions of the Border Guard and the Ministry of Interior, sailing permits cannot be issued for the following cases: - Expiry of national ID or residency permit - Service suspension on the customer After booking confirmation, we will contact you to send visitor information (national ID or residency permit number and date of birth) to issue the sailing permit. Weather and wind speed are important factors for marine trips to ensure the safety and comfort of visitors. Trips may be canceled or rescheduled if we are notified by the Border Guard to suspend marine trips. In case of trip cancellation, the full amount will be refunded to the customer within 10 working days. All trips can accommodate up to 10 people. Our trips include floats and water toys suitable for children. Please preserve the marine environment and do not throw waste into the sea. The water toys package does not include towable water toys.
