STAND UP PADDLE or S.U.P is one of the fastest growing water sports in Cornwall. A highly achievable and calmer alternative to surfing, suitable for all ages from 8 to 80. Scott has provided ‘START UP’ lessons in S.U.P for the last 3 years, ‘everyone who has tried it has completely loved it’. Summertime beach and Bude canal provide the perfect locations to learn the basics of S.U.P. Please call for availability, times and conditions. Boards, paddles and wetsuit hire included.
