Our family has been fishing in Patagonia for many years, before the fly fishing knew these waters. The last generation has made the dream of the family come true... live in the fly fishing! My father bought me a fishing rod when I was two years old, but till I was four years old there was no hook at the end of my line!! At that age I caught my first trout in the Epuyen River and I never stopped fishing after that. When I was a kid and someone asked me what I wanted to do when I grew up, I always answered: I want to fish trout! I found this profession the closest one to my dreams. Through college I spent many days, some said too many, chasing the trout. Going fishing with my backpack, some food, a few flies… spending a week in the middle of nowhere, improving my fishing skills. When I was eighteen I started working as a fly fishing and rafting guide and studying tourism at the same time.During the summers I’ve been guiding for different fly fishing outfitters in the Patagonia. Through the winters (our off season), I’ve travelled along South and Central America. There I worked as a Rafting Guide for Rios Tropicales in Costa Rica in Peru, I worked for Aquatrek, where I did a three-day expedition in a class V+ river. I’ve been working in the Amazonas during the last winters, exploring some new rivers for fly fishing and as a guide as well.Working in different operations, countries, outfitters and wild rivers gave me the knowledge and confidence to start my own Fly Fishing Company.
