7-Star Superyacht Experience - Jet Skis, Sea Bobs, Five Trained Crew

A 15% gratuity will be collected after booking on this platform - this must be collected prior to boarding. TERMS & CONDITIONS: - Smoking permitted only in areas designated by the captain.  - No pets are permitted unless approved by the yacht owner. - Specific dockage/marina requests cannot be guaranteed unless a cc is provided in advance and availability is noted at that time. - Use of personal watercraft is only permitted subject to the operator having the appropriate license and meeting local operating regulations. Any liability arising from non-compliance is entirely at the operator’s risk.  - All vessels come with the necessary safety equipment. - Any damage caused by any guest to the yacht and/or the yachts equipment shall be paid by the Charterer and may be withheld from the APA until estimates are available. The Charterer has the right to purchase additional insurance for such incidents. - No red wine shall be brought on board. WEATHER: - Charter shall still remain active and proceed unless captain deems unsafe or NOAA issues a formal storm warning. - If client wishes to cancel due to weather, client may cancel and owner will hold charter funds as a credit towards another charter.
