Below are some details about your activity: - Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your start time. - Gratuities are not included in the price. - Dock fee ($14 USD per person will pay at the marina) - Food and alcoholic beverages are not included, you can bring them. (Alcoholic beverages accepted). - If you want to include foods such as chips, shrimp Ceviche, guacamole, desserts or alcoholic beverages, it has an additional cost, ask for this service. Cancellation Policy: - No charge for reservations cancelled 24 hours prior to reserved time or due to inclement weather (rain, heavy wind, big waves, lightning, thunder). - Customer will be liable for the cost of rental if they do not email to cancel a reservation according to 24 hours cancellation policy. - NO SHOW = NO REFUND - All reservations are required to be done online. No reservations or cancellations over the phone. If you have not received confirmation of reservation, your reservation is not valid. Important Things: Our company will not be responsible for any loss of personal items (e.g. mobiles, watches, jewelries, purses, etc.) on board.  Guests are required to take care of their personal belongings on board and before getting off board.  The trip will not commence unless COMPLETE TRIP PAYMENT has been done.  If the Client or his Guests, at any point of the Trip, do not comply with the instructions of the Captain, our company reserves the right to terminate the trip with Immediate Effect without any possibilities of refund.
