Overview Renting our luxury boat provide premium experience on the water, ensuring comfort, safety and enjoyment. To maintain hugh standards and protect all parties, we have set forth clear rental terms and policies. Please review the following details before booking. Booking & Payment - a security deposit of $3,000 is required at the time of booking. - full payment is due 24 hours before we set sail. - cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will receive full refund, anything less are up for partial refund. Weather Cancellations - if severe weather conditions (e.g, storms, high winds, heavy rain) prevent safe operations, the rental may be reschedule or refunded at the discretion of both the company and renters. - light rain or overcast conditions do not qualify for weather-related cancellations. Late Arrivals & No Shows - renters must arrive ON TIME for the schedule departure. a 30 minute grace period is allowed but have to forfeit that time on the water. - No shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental are non refundable. Boat Rules and Liability - no smoking, drug use or excessive alcohol consumption is permitted on board. - renters are liable for any damages, missing equipment, or cleaning fees due to spills, excessive mess or rule violations.
