Washington State Boater's ED Card and Experience to drive/rent 25'+ gas power boats (NOT an electric, hot tub or etc.) are Required 2. Must be 25 years old and older to book this pontoon boat 3. If your friend or family member will be primary driver of the boat ,this person must be the one booking the boat for insurance/liability purposes. 4. Special Rates apply to Memorial Weekend, 4th of July, SeaFair, Labor day weekend and Husky games Boat rules: - Signed Rental agreement and waiver, Copy of Boater's Ed Card +Driver's License must be submitted to us prior to access. - Additional Fees may apply upon return, please don't make us charge you for something that can be avoided! - Damage Deposit $500 ( applies to minor damages, lost lines, fenders and safety equipment) - Cleaning fee of $175 if boat is returned dirty - Refuel fee $100 plus cost of fuel if boat is returned not refueled - NO Puget Sound Access /ONLY Lake Union -Lake Washington - Sunrise to Sunset rentals only - ABSOLUTELY NO TOWING/TUBING - Bent Propeller $350 - Bent Propeller Shaft /Lower Unit Damage $2500 - Lost lines or fenders $50 Requests form renters without Boater's Ed Card and Experience operating 25+foot boats will be declined for liability reasons. Boat is equipped with GPS tracking device which monitors boat's location, cruising speed and water depth at all times By Booking this boat you agree with the above fees to be collected if you fail to follow any of the rules stated above.
