PaddleFit Intro-SUP Lesson @ Salem Lake, Wisnton-Salem

Ever consider "Dancing on Water"? That's kinda what it feels like the 1st time you learn properly how to Stand-Up Paddleboard (aka "SUP") ......introduced to you locally on Salem Lake in 2014 by the Level III PaddleFit coaching staff with us. Reach out to co-workers, family, neighbors, friends, and fellow church members to learn with you on this fun SUP introductory endeavor! Private SUP lessons and group packages also readily available: Pick a day, Pick your level of instruction! Join us soon for this incredibly fun 1.75 hour introductory-SUP lesson & paddle-tour minutes from downtown Winston-Salem. This session provides methodical SUP coaching for you to learn (or polish) a new skill(s), while also enjoying some Triad lake life. Even if you have "some" SUP experience, you will likely learn new SUP insights during this basic PaddleFit SUP class. If you listen to your instructor you won't get wet (unless you want to). Very modern equipment is always included. What Is NOT Included: Local daily municipal launch fee of $4 payable to City at trailer on-site prior to class, is not included. Gratuities also are not included, but always greatly appreciated by our SUP coach if the lesson is very well done.   Meeting Location: Salem Lake (Winston-Salem, NC)
