- Cancellation will be effective on the date MY Cruises receives a written cancellation. - Amendments to the reservation are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your amendment, however, additional charges may incur. - Cancellation 48 hours prior to the trip a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. - Cancellation received after 48 hours is nonrefundable. - For public holidays, cancellations received within fifteen (15) days of the trip shall be chargeable at 100% of the value. - In the event of a no-show, a 100% of the value shall be chargeable. - We may postpone your charter due to events beyond our control such as bad weather, mechanical failure, coast guard restrictions and enforcement of new laws. MY Cruises will provide alternatives within the charterer budget or a full refund will be processed
