Safety and Conduct • Rules Apply on the Water: The same rules and laws that apply on land are enforced on the boat. This includes respecting personal conduct, following safety regulations, and obeying local laws. • No Smoking While in Motion: Smoking is only allowed when the boat is parked in a designated area. Smoking while the boat is moving is prohibited to prevent accidents and fire hazards caused by strong winds. • No Littering: Help us keep the water clean and unpolluted.
