Cancellations made within this period will be eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure, we regret to inform you that a 50% cancellation fee will apply. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability. **Late Arrival Policy:** We urge all our guests to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure a timely check-in process. In the event of a late arrival, please note that we can only hold the boat for a maximum of 30 minutes beyond the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals beyond this grace period may result in a shortened rental duration or, in certain cases, cancellation without refund.
