Cancellation Policy
Full refund up to 3 days prior.
Additional Terms & Information
If we have to cancel a cruise due to inclement weather or otherwise unsafe conditions, the guest will receive a 100% refund. If the cruise is shortened to less than half the allotted time due to weather, then guests will receive a 50% refund. Rain by itself or overcast skies does not render a cruise canceled. The determination concerning unsafe conditions is at the sole discretion of our company. Guests are required to adhere to all instructions from the captain and crew. If guest(s) are unwilling or unable to do so, the captain reserves the right to conclude the cruise early. No refunds will be issued in this case. The bar remains closed for alcoholic beverages until after snorkeling is completed. The option to snorkel is a group decision. Once any/one person in the group is snorkeling, the bar will remain closed until snorkeling has ended. All guests must sign the liability waiver prior to boarding the vessels. It is recommended that guests arrive 10 minutes prior to cruise time to ensure an on-time departure. No additional time will be added for late arrivals. If guests are more than 1.5 hours late, we reserve the right to cancel the cruise.
