No-Show bookings will be charged 100% of the rental price for the duration booked. (Not to exceed 5 hours) 50% refund for cancellation between 2 days prior to booking. (Not to exceed 4 hours) Cancelation within 2 days of the booking start time is non-refundable. Cancellations due to weather will have a full refund. No fishing from the vessel. If suspected of fishing, there will be a $250 cleaning fee. No pets or animals allowed onboard. Vessel will come with a full tank of gas, if used and needs more it requires 93 octanes. Parents or guardians must sign for all passengers and renters under 18 years of age. Rentals are inspected before and after each booking. Renter is responsible for any damages. Renter and passenger(s) must sign a rental agreement, participant agreement, release and assumption of risk, orientation checklist, for people with children also perpetual waiver and release. Renter must have a valid photo ID. No reckless driving will be permitted. If weather does not permit watersport activities, there will be a 100% refund. Payment processor costs are not refunded.
