Additional Terms & Information
Very Important Notes: 1) Reservations will be subject to availability upon confirmation & depending on the weather conditions. We follow weather updates from Dubai Coast Guard daily in the morning hours. 2) If there are high waves and we still have the sailing permit from the Dubai Coast Guard, we operate the trip and we take the yacht to the possible safe locations and later anchor the yacht to the allowed location, so the guests can relax and enjoy the party. 3) All the guests must carry ANY ONE OF THE VALID ORIGINAL ID, and it is mandatory by UAE law (Emirates ID / Passport / UAE driving license). Any guest without personal identification will not be permitted on board. 4) Any delay caused by the guest's end will not be adjusted in the trip time extension. All the guests must report to the yacht parking location 15 minutes before the trip time. If the guest is coming with their own vehicles, kindly come 30 / 45 minutes before the trip time, so you can park your vehicles according to the normal RTA street parking availability. 5) The number of passengers (Headcount) must not exceed as registered by UAE law. The headcount includes adults, children & infants. 6) All guests under 21 yrs. must be supervised by an adult (Guardians / Parents) on board. 7) All eatables brought on board by the guests must be approved by UAE food & safety regulations. 8) Animals or pets are not allowed on board. 9) No alcohol served on board. Guests are allowed to bring their own alcohol on board (UAE law applicable). 10) Life Jackets are mandatory by law to ensure the safety of the guests on board. 11) Swimming is not allowed after sunset by law. 12) Footwear not permitted on board for the safety of guests and to maintain cleanliness of the boat
