Here’s an overview of our key policies and safety considerations: Weather Cancellations: Tours may be rescheduled or canceled due to unsafe weather conditions. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide options for rescheduling or a refund. Late or No-Show Bookings: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. Unfortunately, late arrivals or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of your booking without a refund. Safety Standards: We operate as a Transport Canada Certified Commercial Vessel, inspected annually to ensure compliance with the highest safety standards. All captains hold SVOP (Small Vessel Operator Proficiency) and SVDBS (Small Vessel Domestic Basic Safety) certifications. Boat Rules: Guests must follow the captain’s instructions at all times for their safety. We are a floating Tiki Bar. We operate with an Ontario Liquor Licence. Responsible consumption is required. You may not bring your own Alcohol as we are operating with a Licence. You may bring your own food. Beware of Rogue Operators: Before booking any vessel, verify its identification with Transport Canada. Operators without proper certifications put your safety at risk by failing to adhere to commercial vessel protocols.
