Are damage deposits required? Yes, major CC is required. This is a hold unless damage is done to any items rented from us. Pontoon boat $750.00 dollar Jet skis $500.00 per Jet ski Deposits are refundable after inspections of boats, jet skis, kayaks, and any other item rented. If there are any issues no deposit will be refunded. We have up to 48 hrs to inspect, you will be contacted for repairs if greater than deposit. Anyone who rents, rides or attends will have to sign a waiver. You will be emailed the waiver; you must fill out before your rental time. Please let us know if you have any questions. Are skis will accommodate 3 riders at a time, there is a weight limit of 495 lbs total. For a more comfortable ride we recommend have two people per ski. This will ensure a more comfortable, smoother and enjoyable ride on the water!! What if I flip the jet ski If you flip the jet ski over, turn off the engine immediately by pulling the lanyard. Check to make sure all passages are safe and proceed to step 2 Go to the back of the watercraft and check for a sticker that indicates the correct direction to flip the jet ski back over. If there is no sticker, turn it in a clockwise direction. Flip the jet ski back over as quickly as possible to prevent water from entering the hull. If the jet ski has been flipped for more than 5 minutes, do not attempt to start the engine. This could mean that the engine has ingested water and is now hydro locked. Starting a hydro locked engine will cause damage. If the jet ski has been flipped for less than 5 minutes and you flipped it in the correct direction, try to start the engine. If the engine does not crank, do not try multiple times. Instead, get towed to land. If the engine starts and everything seems normal, you can resume your ride as usual. However, if the engine doesn't sound right, shut it off immediately and contact us for further assistance. - Bad weather days Please note that bad weather does not mean a drop in temperature, light rain or cloud coverage, this does not qualify as inclement weather. If the weather inhibits your rental due to lighting, thunder, hail, winds over 20mph or torrential downpours, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule for another date and time during that season. For instance, if you rented for 8 hours and you have 4 hours remaining due to inclement weather, you can choose another day for the hours not used. Rain checks cannot be used on major holidays, or the following year, we do not offer refunds. According to the TPWD, Texas law requires anyone born after September 1, 1993, to have a boating license in order to operate a vessel over 15 horsepower, a windblown vessel over 14 feet or any kind of PWC. We require all drivers to be at least 18 years of age for boats and jet skis.
