FAQS: Can I cancel the reservation? Yes. You can cancel your reservation for a 100% refund within 3 days of the schedule rental. What happens if there is a storm? You will receive a 100% refund for cancellations regarding unsafe boating conditions due to weather. If the boat leaves the dock and has to return due to unexpected weather conditions you may receive a partial refund depending on the circumstances. Will I get a refund for a no show? No refunds are offered for a no show, you MUST cancel 7 days prior to the reserved rental to receive a refund. Do you provide life jackets? Yes. We are required by law to have one life jacket for every person on board our rental boats. Children under 7 are required by law to wear life jackets while under-way and we will provide the proper vest type jackets for them. However, regardless of your age you can always wear one if you prefer. Is there music on the boat? Yes. The boat has a built in sound system with bluetooth connection. Do you allow dogs on the boat?
