1. **Punctual Arrival:** - All participants are expected to arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start time. The company is not responsible for any delays or late arrivals by the client; the arrival time will remain the same. Except in cases of negligence on the part of the company, East Life will compensate for the additional time. 2. **Cancellations:** - Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. If cancellation occurs within this period, the deposit will be considered non-refundable. If the cancellation is necessary due to boat malfunctions or adverse weather conditions, the assigned captain will assess the situation and make the final decision regarding the cancellation. If it is determined that the tour must be canceled for these reasons, the deposit will be refunded to the client. 3. **Liability for Damages:** - The client is fully responsible for any damage or loss of equipment on board the vessel. If the client damages or loses any part of the boat or equipment, they will be charged the full cost of repair or replacement. 4. **Onboard Behavior:** - It is mandatory for all participants to follow the rules and instructions of the captain or crew members at all times. Respectful and responsible behavior is expected from all passengers. Any inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to acts of disobedience or disrespect towards the captain and crew, may result in the termination of the tour without a refund. 5. **No Smoking and Substances:** - Smoking and drug use are prohibited on board the boat. 6. **Pets:** - We are “pet friendly.” Dogs up to a maximum of 40 lbs are allowed, provided that the client provides an appropriate life jacket for their pet approved by the USCG. If the pet exceeds 40 lbs, it will be counted as a passenger. 7. **Use of Equipment:** - The use of floats and snorkeling equipment will be subject to the captain's supervision. The client assumes full responsibility for any loss or damage to the provided equipment. In case of loss or damage to a float or snorkeling gear, an additional charge of $75.00 will apply for each affected item. Additionally, if the float mat is broken, a charge of $500 will be imposed. The company reserves the right to assess the equipment's condition at the end of the tour. 8. **Consumption of Beverages:** - The consumption of beverages on board is allowed, provided it is done responsibly and in moderation. Participants are expected to maintain appropriate behavior and adhere to safety regulations during consumption. The company reserves the right to evaluate the situation and, if alcohol consumption is deemed excessive or affects the safety and well-being of passengers, may terminate the tour without a refund. Passengers are encouraged to stay hydrated and consume alcohol mindfully. 9. **BBQ: (applies if included)** - If the client chooses the BBQ option, it will be available for a free cooking period of 1 hour and 30 minutes. After this stipulated time, an additional charge of $50 will apply for each additional hour.
