The 20% Captain's gratuity is not included in the booking price and paid directly to your captain on the day of your booking! CANCELLATION POLICY 75% refund of offer amount up to 7 days prior to booking date. After this date, no refunds will be issued for any cancellations or NO SHOWS. Customers may request to reschedule for 100% credit towards the new booking date. Customers will also receive a refund in case of operator cancellation due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations due to severe weather are determined at the start time of the rental and based on the current conditions at the lake and not in other areas of Austin. We do not cancel or make advanced decisions based on the forecast. If severe weather prevents us from completing your reservation as planned, we will only charge for the time on the boat. AMAZING! We did this boating outing as part of my bachelorette weekend and Kat was the absolute best! She definitely made it clear our safety was her top priority. We did not feel unsafe with her at all. She also gave us options on how social we wanted to be with other boats. We truly appreciated this. This boat came with a lilypad, great speaker for music, a cooler, and did I mention an amazing captain?! Would 100% recommend WakeThrills to anyone wanting to have a good time on Lake Travis.

Captain Stacey was amazing!! We had so much fun for a birthday weekend in Austin, definitely will be coming back and asking for Stacey in particular. We’ve never been to devils cove but he showed us why it’s such a popular destination. Captain Stacey was superstar and we can’t wait to be back!!

Wes was our captain & he made each of us all feel so safe & secure. He took us to all of the best spots of Lake Travis & provided us with everything we could need! Wes was a great time!
