This is an 8' kayak available with all the necessary gear to safely and legally enjoy Florida waters. Your rental day begins at 8:00am and concludes at 6:00pm Please let us know if you need to customize these hours to accommodate an earlier or later trip. Pickup for the kayak is a quick process and located off 9-Mile road, which is convenient to several paddling locations. Please ensure you have an appropriate vehicle to transport the kayak and let us know in advance if  you will need assistance loading. If you need the kayak to be dropped off and picked up from your paddle location, please let us know and we will see if this is a possibility for your trip. This kayak is for a self-guided trip, but if you would like us to accompany you as a guide, please let us know in advance and we will see if it is a possibility. There are several nearby paddling locations: Escambia River - Launch at Swamp House Marina (contact for launch fee), which is 5.1 miles away. There is also a water side bar and restaurant you can enjoy after your paddle. Perdido River - Launch at Wilson B Robertson Boat and Canoe Launch (free), which is 13.8 miles away. Bayou Texar - Several launch locations: 17th Avenue boat launch, Bayview Park or Bayou Texar Boat Ramp Big Lagoon State Park - Boat launch is in the park (there is a park fee), 22.1 miles away. Pensacola Beach - Many places with water access. Little Sabine is a nice place with water access just past the toll bridge on the right, 18.9 miles away.
