Duration: 2 days Maximum Depth: 20 meters 2 theoretical sessions and 2 water sessions WHAT WILL YOU GET IN THIS COURSE? This course will allow you to feel safe and comfortable practicing freediving at a maximum depth of 20 meters. Although this may seem difficult to reach in a few days, you will be surprised what a team of experienced instructors can do for you. Our unique breathing techniques along with a very effective structure of the course program in the classrooms and in the water sessions, creates a fun educational environment and an unforgettable experience. HOW IS THE COURSE? The Freediver course lasts 2 days and is divided into 2 academic sessions and 2 sessions in the water. During the academic sessions the instructors will interact with the students using videos, questions and different breathing exercises that will help to improve the confidence, knowledge and techniques before the water sessions. During the water sessions the normal ratio is 2 students per instructor, with a maximum of 3, which allows for more personalized attention. The instructors will remain with the students at all times while they are diving, regardless of depth, increasing confidence and security. At the end of the Freediver course, students will receive their online certification as well as access to the online manual of the course, thus maintaining their freediving knowledge.
