This includes adverse weather conditions, including rough sea conditions under our judgement. If a trip must be canceled due to safety concerns, a full refund will be issued. - Unruly Passenger Policy: In the event that a trip must be canceled due to the actions of passengers, including unruly behavior, NO refund will be issued.
