Please arrive 20 minutes early for check-in and a safety briefing. Smoking is prohibited on the boat but permitted on islands or in the water. Small animals are welcome; inquire about larger animals. The boat’s waterslide can be used without the water pump, which is intentionally disabled to prevent slip injuries. Please follow slide safety rules, including ensuring water depth is at least 5 feet. Rules for safe boat operation, such as compensating for tides when docking and adhering to no-wake zones, must be observed. Long-term rentals and discounts for weekday bookings are available; ask about special rates. TIPS & TRICKS FOR BAREBOAT RENTALS 1. When returning the boat, the red marker is always on your right… red right return. 2. Never leave the boat unattended at the island; the tides change quickly, and you could end up beached like Gilligan! 3. Always have your lines ready with someone ready to catch the dock when docking the boat. Watch out for the no-wake zones, typically by marinas, bridges and homes. 4. If you get pulled over by the authorities, show them your bareboat rental agreement when prompted. 5. If docking the boat, please make sure to compensate for tide fluctuations. WATERSLIDE OPERATION & RULES 1. No standing on top of the double deck; you can lay out and get some sun rays and use it to access the slide 2. No jumping off the top. 3. Be careful sliding and landing on shells or rocks 4. Make sure you are in at least 5 ft of water to use the slide. 5. The water pump for the slide is deactivated because it makes it too slippery 6. Do not drive the boat with people on the top deck DISCLAIMER Refunds or discounts will not be provided if a last-minute technical issue occurs with non-mechanical features like the stereo. Unfortunately, these things can happen due to salt water exposure, and while we do our best to ensure everything is working perfectly, these issues can happen but will not result in a refund. Your rental experience will be safe and enjoyable with clean, functional equipment and personalized recommendations from an experienced boating professional.

We were a party of 14, which was 3 families including 8 kids. We had an amazing time on the water and the kids loved the slide and the upper deck to suntan on. I highly recommend this boat if you are looking for a day to cruise and chill on a sandbar and collect shells.

We had such a good time on Rory’s boat with captain Brad. Pick up was prompt and we felt safe through the entire trip. We rented the boat for a Bachelorette weekend and it was the best thing we could have done. Highly recommend! The boat was very clean and Rory was response to all of our questions.
Everything was great! Absolutely no complaints. From start to finish booking was easy, easy to contact everyone involved. Pick up and drop off went smoothly and our captain was amazing! 10/10 recommend! Will 100% be booking again if I’m here in the Tampa area!
Renting a boat for my friend's birthday celebration in Tampa was an absolute game-changer! We had the most fantastic time cruising the beautiful waters, which turned out to be the highlight of our trip. The boat rental process was a breeze. The owner was extremely accommodating and ensured we were well-informed about safety protocols and how to operate the boat. Their attention to detail and commitment to safety put us all at ease. The boat was in pristine condition - clean, well-maintained, and all the necessary amenities. We felt like we were on a luxury yacht! It comfortably accommodated our friends, offering plenty of space to move around and enjoy the stunning views. Cruising along the Tampa waters was a surreal experience. The sights were breathtaking, and we were lucky to spot some dolphins along the way! We anchored at a few scenic spots and soaked up the sun, enjoying our own little paradise. Celebrating a birthday on the boat was a memory we'll cherish forever. We brought snacks and drinks, and the onboard cooler was convenient. The music system battery did not last long; however, we brought our speaker, which allowed us to set the perfect vibe and dance the day away. I can't recommend this boat rental enough. Whether celebrating a special occasion or looking for a unique way to explore Tampa, this experience is an absolute must. We left with a newfound love for the water and memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you for making my friend's birthday celebration unforgettable!

Rory was great and clear communicator. We had everything needed for the day on the water, and the boat was perfect for our large group. Captain Brad was a superb host and we had a wonderful time during our evening boat outing.
I am excited to be a part of the GetMyBoat boating solution that's making boats more accessible and affordable to others. My goal is to share my love for the water and boating with others! I was blessed to grow up with the gulf as my backyard. My brother at 10 and I at age 8 received our first boat to cruise around the gulf. I’ve owned boats my entire life and sometimes feel like I spend more time on the water than on land! My grandfather was a commercial fisherman, diver and professional sailor his entire life! The water is huge part of my family's lives and we are truly blessed to share it with others!! See you soon!
You’ll get directions to the departure location when you make a booking.

When you charter my boat, you will need to sign a bareboat charter agreement. Please google and understand your rights as a bareboat charter. For one, you have to pay for you own fuel by law. I will send a receipt and fuel will be deducted from your deposit. You receive the boat full. No worries, my boat is fuel friendly. Please keep in mind, If you max out a boat with passengers, it will not perform like normal. Captains are included in the maximum capacity rating, so if you need one and the boat's maximum capacity is 12, you can have yourself plus 10 additional guests. According to the law, if you wish to hire a captain, you must select one yourself. We will provide you with a list of certified captains familiar with our boats, or you can use a recommended website resource after booking. Alternatively, you can choose anyone to operate the boat under bareboat law, even a friend or friend of a friend, as long as they have multiple years of experience. Remember to review boating safety resources such as the FWC motor boat rental safety sheet included in your contract. If you've paid for a captain and booked your reservation, the captain portion will be refunded through the website, and you'll need to directly pay the captain after the charter ends. Captain fees are typically $50 per hour unless otherwise indicated. Don't forget to tip your captain if you had a great experience, similar to tipping a waiter or waitress (15-20% of your bill). Enjoy your day on the water! By law, under a bareboat charter agreement, you have to hire and choose your captain directly. Please note, this is a peer-to-peer boat sharing platform where owners like myself provide a solution due to limited rental options. We operate under a bareboat charter agreement—please research this before booking. You'll need to sign our agreement before boarding. We strive to accommodate your boat choice and start time, but during high demand periods, we may need to switch boats or adjust timing. If so, we'll offer an equal or upgraded replacement. Start times may vary slightly, but we always ensure you have extra time at the end. Meeting locations may also change, with ample notice. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding! Updated bad weather policy: - Due to Florida’s unpredictable weather, we are offering a rescheduling program if needed. You will be able to reschedule and receive a credit for up to one year after your reservation date. Additionally, scattered showers are typical for Florida boaters in summer; it’s the lightning and wind that we don’t want ; ) - We hope for good weather and happy boating! - ADDITIONAL FEES - YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO PAY A $150 CANCELLATION FEE IF YOU MISS THE CANCELLATION PERIOD. - CLEANING FEE OF $50 if you leave your trash on the boat. - DAMAGE POLICY If the vessel sustains any damages due to inappropriate use or operator error, the renter will be charged for all repairs, towing (if applicable).
