In the case of a captain's cancellation, passengers will be provided with a rain check at the time of departure. Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will result in a full refund.For cancellations made between 4 and 13 days before the cruise, guests will receive a gift certificate for future use.No-shows and cancellations made less than 4 days before the cruise are not eligible for a refund.In the event of a trip cancellation by the captain due to severe weather conditions, rain checks will be issued to all guests.Please note that booking fees are non-refundable.
