Full refund up to 7 days prior.
Additional Terms & Information
Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the scheduled charter are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but can utilize credit for a reschedule of equal value at a later date. No shows forfeit a refund of the entire cost of the charter. In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule or offer a full refund for safety reasons. Our charters include the services of a licensed captain, fuel costs, safety equipment, and any specific amenities related to your chosen package. While gratuity is not included in the price of your boat charter, if you enjoyed your experience, our crew would greatly appreciate tips. You may bring your own food and drinks. We recommend finger foods (small sandwiches, cheese and crackers, pre-cut veggies, cookies, chocolate, etc), as they’re easiest to eat on the boat. You may bring your own beer, seltzers, white wine and champagne. We only request a reasonable amount is consumed and NO red wine or hard liquor. *Avoid glass bottle whenever possible* While having a bit to drink on a boat is a lot of fun, having too much to drink can be a safety hazard, so we kindly request people have a great time, but not overindulge. We offer custom packages that can be tailored to your interests, such as birthday celebrations, anniversary cruises, date nights, wildlife viewing or themed events. Let us know your preferences, and we'll work to create a memorable experience. A full charter agreement and waiver will be emailed to you and all parties to sign at the time of booking and prior to the charter date.
