We came here for our birthday party and it was a blast, would recommend 100%! It was great, with a really professional staff making sure we all had a fun, safe time. Communication ahead of time and flexibility from the host made the departure and pick up very easy, and the trip was beautiful. They let us play our own music and even took the boat around to retrieve a hat that one of the party attendees dropped in the water without us even asking. Weather cancellations do not need a 7 day notice and are decided by the Captain only for a 100% refund or reschedule of equal value. The clock starts at the agreed time regardless of arrival. While agreeing on a route, it is subject to change by the captain with time and weather considerations. All late and no show bookings are charged 100% of the fare with a 20% gratuity added for the crew.
