All of Steven's gear is topnotch, from his engines to his fleet of boats. Steven is very accomodating and runs a great operation. We used his 15 footer for a halibut trip and the boat exceeded expectations--handled seas well, easy to transport, and high quality. Steven has several different models to accomodate any adventure. Highly recommend!

1. Rental Period: - The standard rental period is based on a full day, defined as a 24-hour period. Partial days may be considered, subject to availability and owner approval. 2. Responsible Operation: - Renters and/or operators must be knowledgeable and experienced in handling similar watercraft. 4. Equipment Inspection: - Before departure, the renter must conduct a thorough inspection of the inflatable boat and outboard motor, noting any pre-existing damages. The owner will provide a checklist for this purpose. 5. Damages and Repairs: - Any damages incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter. renter is liable for the full repair cost. 6. Cleaning Fee: - $0.00 Have fun this is Alaska! 7. Late Return: - A late return fee will be imposed for each hour or fraction thereof that the inflatable boat and motor are not returned by the agreed-upon time. In cases of excessive delay, additional charges or legal action may be pursued. 8. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations made 30 days before the scheduled rental date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made may be subject to a partial or no refund, depending on the circumstances. 9. Weather Conditions: - The owner reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the rental in case of adverse weather conditions or other safety concerns. In such cases, the renter will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. 10. Indemnification: - The renter agrees to indemnify and hold the owner harmless from any claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of the use of the inflatable boat and motor during the rental period. By proceeding with the rental, the renter acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in additional charges or legal action.
